VOC Admin (Bilingual Korean/English) - Position will work remotely until offices re-open.
Customer Care Division
Location: Ridgefield, NJ
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
1. VOC Admin (OOP emails/letters, CEO emails) coordinates and assigns to relevant party to follow up for resolution
2. Claim root cause analysis and register in GCIC and REVO system
3. To help Korean speaking customers to have satisfying communications with agents without having to face the language barrier on top of service (As a back up to Korean hotline agent)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Review incoming consumer complaints via OOP email/letters/Legal and assigns to relevant party to follow up for resolution
3. Checking incoming CEO emails through Samsung.com channel and assign it to appropriate dept./OOP agent for follow up.
2. (Backup role) Support legal department with composing AG response to consumer issues
7. (Backup role) Assisting Korean speaking customers
Applicant is responsible to answer Korean Speaking Customer Service Line. (As a back up to Korean hotline agent)
(Simple inquiries regarding service center or product price, usage of the product, consultation on service request )
Performance Standards (How will duties be measured):
- Assigning consumer complaints received within 24 hours
- Claim root cause analysis and register in GCIC and REVO within 24 hours on assigned date
- OOP (Escalation handling team)
- Product Support
- RSM (Regional service managers)
- Legal Dept.
Please submit candidates w/ following must-haves:
1) Excellent organization skills; able to prioritize tasks independently w/ minimal supervision; has great follow up skills
2) Fully bilingual in Korean/English - able to read, write, speak, and work on a professional level in Korean and English
3) Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - will be reporting on regular basis up to leadership level
4) A team player, self-driven. flexible, dedicated individual - looking for a "jack of all trades" kind of character that is able to help out in multiple areas and act as a backup to Korean hotline agent
5) Few years of experience handling customer service claims
